About The Position

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a dynamic brand engine that brings strategy, storytelling, content, creative, and activation to life across multiple channels. You will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, setting creative direction, and ensuring consistent, emotionally resonant experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business impact. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where strategic vision and operational execution are equally critical. You will work cross-functionally with growth, product, and marketing teams to connect brand work to performance outcomes. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, product marketing, content, or creative leadership, ideally within SaaS, tech-enabled services, consumer platforms, or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of building and activating brands that deliver measurable business impact
  • Deep expertise in storytelling, content strategy, product marketing, and multi-channel brand activation
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to mentor teams and elevate quality standards
  • Experience partnering with Growth and Product teams to connect brand initiatives to performance outcomes
  • Builder’s mindset: resourceful, scrappy, iterative, and focused on leverage
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable execution
  • High standards, operational rigor, and ability to manage a fast-moving, high-output brand engine

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall brand strategy, including narrative, voice, and visual standards
  • Lead brand activation across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and key moments to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Build and scale a content engine that drives awareness, education, activation, and retention across web, social, email, PR, paid channels, and influencers
  • Set creative vision and provide leadership in storytelling, design, and content production for campaigns, lifecycle communications, and social content
  • Oversee PR, social media, and external communications to elevate brand visibility and reputation
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across product marketing, content, creative, PR, and social
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Data teams to ensure brand activation aligns with business priorities and performance metrics
  • Establish processes and operational norms that enable fast-moving, high-quality creative execution
