Demonstrated background in risk management and oversight, ideally with experience in the first line of defense, which includes handling potential risks and implementing control measures. Experience providing review and challenge to materials for senior management, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately presented and easily understandable. Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams and foster a productive and positive working environment. Ability to constructively challenge conclusions, influence stakeholders at all levels, and shape outcomes to align with the Reputation Risk program. Ability to create efficient connections within the Reputation risk framework, foresee potential risks, and make informed decisions to mitigate them. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a strong team player. Bachelor's degree.
