Head of Americas About the Company Our client is a global payments infrastructure provider enabling real-time, cross-border money movement for banks, fintechs, and large enterprises. Our platform supports enterprise-scale payments across multiple geographies, currencies, and payout methods, with deep regulatory coverage and a strong international footprint. The company is profitable, well-capitalized, and operating at significant scale, processing tens of billions of dollars in annual payment volumes. We are entering a critical growth phase in the Americas and are seeking a senior leader to own regional strategy, revenue, and execution. The Role The Head of Americas will be responsible for full P&L ownership of the Americas region, including revenue growth, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and operational execution. This role will lead regional sales, account management, and go-to-market efforts, while acting as the senior executive representative for the region. You will work closely with global leadership, product, compliance, operations, and technology teams to scale the business, deepen enterprise relationships, and expand market presence across North America and Latin America. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on global performance.
