Head of Affiliate Marketing
About The Position
We’re looking for a Head of Affiliate Partnerships to own and scale one of Manychat’s most important acquisition channels. Our affiliate ecosystem includes over 25,000 partners across creators, publishers, and agencies and it already drives meaningful, efficient growth. This person in this role will be responsible for taking that engine to the next level. You’ll be responsible for building a program that works at scale while also developing deep, high-trust relationships with our highest-impact partners. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll design systems, lead experimentation, and personally engage with top affiliates who drive a significant share of acquisition and revenue. This role sits within the Growth organization and works closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Data teams. You’ll start with one direct report and will help shape the future structure of the team as the program scales.
