About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Managing Director to serve as the Global Head of Advisor Experience, responsible for transforming how financial advisors operate in a modern, AI-enabled wealth management environment. This critical leadership role operates within a hub-and-spoke model, where specialized product teams develop domain-specific capabilities (investments, lending, banking, etc.).
