About The Position

We're looking for a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers. In this role, you'll act as the central point of communication between our customers, sales team, and production floor-ensuring everything runs smoothly from order intake to final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production
  • Manage daily workflows and prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines
  • Step in to resolve complex customer issues and production challenges
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate, timely communication so jobs move seamlessly through production
