About The Position
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assist in managing and coordinating rotations, as well as working with facility user groups to ensure that all staff members carry out their responsibilities effectively. Headguards will be assigned to either indoor or outdoor pools as needed and are required to attend headguard meetings.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 20 years old
- A year of lifeguard experience
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Successful candidates must pass a background check
