Clarke University, a NAIA institution and member of the Heart of America Athletic Conference, invites applications for the full-time position of Head Football Coach. The successful candidate is responsible for staffing the program with competent and character driven assistant coaches; recruiting and retaining student athletes; and assisting with academic success and character growth of student athletes. The head coach will also be responsible for organizing and administering practices and game strategies, scheduling games, ensuring compliance with NAIA rules, managing budgets, and overseeing all operational components of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to grow and manage an intercollegiate football program

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
• Five years of successful football coaching experience preferred
