About The Position

HELP USA is seeking a Head Cook to join the food services team at one of our transitional, shelter housing sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a nutritional menu that encompasses three meals a day.
Helping with food preparation, food service, and kitchen cleanliness.
Supervising kitchen Helpers.
Keeping daily meal count records as well as accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handlers License required.
• Three years of related work experience in food service preferred.
