About The Position

Ability to recruit a full roster, schedule games/practices, coordinate fundraising efforts, conduct effective practice sessions, keep an accurate inventory of equipment/supplies, oversight of student-athlete safety, direct game strategy, collaborate on field maintenance and market and promote the intercollegiate soccer program. Must work effectively with the players and other coaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous club and or high school coaching experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous coaching experience in soccer at the intercollegiate level preferred.
• Previous intercollegiate playing experience preferred.
