About The Position

Nevada Athletics is recruiting for a Head Coach, Women's Basketball. The Head Coach, Women’s Basketball, is directly responsible for all aspects of a competitive Division IA program of Women’s Basketball. The position supervises the Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Associate Coaches. This position is responsible for fiscal management, program administration and promotion, and fundraising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and six years of managerial or related professional experience; OR a Master’s Degree and four years of managerial or related professional experience; or a Doctorate and two years of managerial or related professional experience
  • Related Experience: Team coaching experience (note: some positions may require team coaching experience at an NCAA I, II, III, NAIA, Junior College or high school level)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of a competitive Division IA program of Women’s Basketball.
  • Supervises the Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Associate Coaches.
  • Responsible for fiscal management, program administration and promotion, and fundraising.
