You are the anchor that keeps the kitchen steady when the lunch rush hits. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the unique ability to keep the line moving with precision, even under intense pressure. You have a deep-seated understanding of kitchen flow. From prep logistics to station synchronicity, you ensure every gear is turning smoothly so the operation never skips a beat. Maintain our iconic fan-favorites while introducing fresh, innovative specials that highlight local Keys seafood and premium ingredients. You recruit, train, and inspire a high-volume crew. You set the culture and the standards, ensuring the team stays focused and professional during the busiest shifts.
