About The Position

The Role Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis, two days per week Every Tuesday 1pm to 8pm. Every Friday 1pm to 8pm Plus: once a month on Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 2pm

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
  • Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
