Head Cashier
About The Position
The Head Cashier oversees the cashier area of the Student Accounts office. In addition to supervising the cashiers, the Head Cashier is responsible for ensuring the funds are properly recorded and deposited. This position is also responsible for analyzing student accounts, addressing student and parent questions and concerns with a high level of customer service. This position is also responsible for providing assistance to various departments on campus while they are receipting funds. This position is governed by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, state and federal laws, and institution policy.
