The Human Capital Management Specialist (HRIS Administrator) serves in the Division of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing and managing all personnel transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud for the life cycle of employees for assigned client groups. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Divisional Business Officers, Financial Managers, HR Consultants, Talent Advisors, Payroll and Benefits Analysts, and Labor Distribution Accountants, providing a collaborative and supportive environment while ensuring policy compliance. A bachelor's degree and less than one year of work experience are required. Two years of relevant experience is preferred. Additional experience or education will be considered in lieu of one another.
