The Opportunity We're seeking an HCM Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling isolved , our HCM platform, while building strong client relationships. We're open to both experienced sales professionals with a proven track record and entry-level candidates eager to start a sales career with training and support. A Day in the Life Start your day with outreach-making calls and sending emails to prospective clients Attend virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers to understand their HR and payroll needs Network at industry events or local business functions to build new connections and referral sources Collaborate with your teammates to share strategies, successes, and ideas Partner with the implementation team to ensure new clients transition smoothly End your day updating your pipeline and planning tomorrow's outreach so you stay ahead of goals

Requirements

  • For experienced candidates: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HCM, payroll, SaaS, or HR technology
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong prospecting, business development, and relationship-building skills
  • For entry-level candidates: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Sales experience a plus, but not required-training provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and business development
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Take a consultative approach to help clients streamline HR and payroll processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
