Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in business consultation, process improvement, or requirement gathering in an information technology environment or Associate degree in business administration, computer science or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of related experience or High School or GED and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying HR practices and compliance regulations, with a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR business owners, IT developers, project managers) to implement industry best practices
  • Experience with HCM SaaS platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), including demonstrated ability to design and configure solutions, perform data mapping, develop reports, manage integrations, and follow the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience leading and facilitating stakeholder meetings and delivering clear technical explanations to non-technical audiences, combined with strong analytical skills demonstrated through successful resolution of complex system issues

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the workload for the HCM team, including break-fix and enhancement requests, as well as semi-annual releases
  • Help identify and assess the impact of configuration changes on other areas
  • Assist with development of a regressive testing plan for bi-annual Workday releases
  • Coordinate work between team members and Application Management Support (AMS) Services
  • Guide, communicate, and educate clients on Workday capabilities and limitations
  • Lead engagement workstreams to improve, optimize, and transform processes
  • Understand client needs, translate them into functional requirements for the HCM system, and design workflows to optimize HR processes
  • Configure the HCM SaaS platform to align with specific business needs, including setting up custom fields, workflows, and data mappings
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies within the SaaS platform
  • Provide in-depth knowledge across various HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Attendance
  • Support the implementation process, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met while managing stakeholder expectations. Ensure the ongoing supportability of the solution
  • Provide end-user training on the system functionalities and offer ongoing support to resolve issues
