The enterprise-level outside sales role focuses on acquiring new high-revenue clients within the HCM software industry. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HCM technology and SaaS sales, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-suite executives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to independently drive sales initiatives.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with enterprise prospects, specifically targeting organizations with substantial annual revenue potential.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious quarterly quota objectives.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and business units.
