About The Position
At Wright Directions Family Services, we are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental and behavioral health services to children and adolescents. We champion innovative and wrap-around approaches to care that meet youth and families where they are—whether in homes, schools, or our offices. Our mission is to help children thrive emotionally, behaviorally, and socially while supporting the families who love them. We are seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to provide in-office services to a small caseload of 10 children at our North Myrtle Beach location. This part-time, flexible role is perfect for a clinician who values impact over volume and wants to grow within a supportive, trauma-informed environment. We are currently accepting applicants licensed in South Carolina in the following roles: Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Other master's level clinicians under supervision
Requirements
- Active LPC-A, LMSW, or higher-level licensure in South Carolina
- Ability to provide services in-person at the North Myrtle Beach office
- Dependable, flexible, and committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services to a small, dedicated caseload of youth
- Maintain in-office availability at least two evenings per week (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM). Negotiable.
- Complete timely documentation, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and Wright Directions staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in supervision and team support as needed
