The Team Lead, ACTT’s primary purpose is to direct the day-to-day clinical operations of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services including scheduling of staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage for day, evening, weekend, and holiday times. This employee must have general knowledge regarding principles of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and the laws, regulations, and policies that govern these services. This employee must possess a thorough knowledge of social work/therapy principles, techniques and practices, and their application to complex casework, group work, and community problems. This employee will possess considerable knowledge of family and group dynamics and a range of intervention techniques. This employee must have considerable knowledge of a wide range of behavioral and psychosocial problems and their treatments. This position should have knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment for each stage of change in this area. Travel Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and insurance required. Travel will vary depending on the daily schedule for this position. All travel is in the community where the members live and work.
