About The Position

First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HCBS Supervisor to support and coordinate services within our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Founded in 1987, First Resources Corp. is a not-for-profit agency serving Southeast Iowa. We provide a wide range of home- and community-based services, including behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, and residential and hourly support. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve by meeting their unique needs with compassion and respect.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Basic knowledge of HCBS programs and DIA requirements
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
As part of the job requirements applicants must have satisfactory results on a background check.

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement HCBS services at assigned sites
Supervise and support direct care staff, including training and performance management
Implement and monitor Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Document program outcomes and communicate individual progress and concerns
Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, DIA regulations, and agency policies
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and safety
Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
