About The Position
HCBS Supervisor ā First Resources Corp. š Location: Sigourney, IA š Employment Type: Full-Time š Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (will require fill-in as needed). Lead with Compassion. First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HCBS Supervisor in Sigourney to support and coordinate services within our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Why Join Us? Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Basic knowledge of HCBS programs and DIA requirements
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement HCBS services at assigned sites
- Supervise and support direct care staff, including training and performance management
- Implement and monitor Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
- Document program outcomes and communicate individual progress and concerns
- Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, DIA regulations, and agency policies
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and safety
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
