About The Position

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Care Aides (HCAs) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Requirements

Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
U.S. work authorization (required)
Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform required job duties

Responsibilities

Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor’s appointments)
Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
