About The Position

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Morning 4 hour shifts in RENTON Looking for caregivers that can be available between 9AM-3PM a few days per week for ongoing and fill in shifts. We have clients throughout the area. Caregiver should be a licensed and insured driver. Applicants should at minimum be enrolled in a training program or have a certificate of completion for either their 75 hour Core Basic or their CNA training with Clinical hours completed. Requirements

Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Responsibilities

Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
Prepare for clients
Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
