About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site. Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any issues promptly. Follow all site safety protocols and traffic rules to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed. What Are We Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company and regulatory standards. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor troubleshooting. Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
