Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow site safety protocols and environmental regulations Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
• Reliable attendance and commitment to high performance standards
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
