About The Position

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is located in the Paso Robles region of California's Central Coast. We operate with a desire to make world-class wines that reflect the unique soils and climate of the area. We take great pride in making Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals, combining Old World tradition with New World techniques. Are you passionate about agriculture, fascinated by winegrowing, and eager to dive into one of the most exciting seasons in the vineyard and winery? JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is thrilled to offer a highly sought‑after Harvest Vineyard Internship opportunity for the 2026 growing season and harvest! This hands‑on, immersive internship begins June 15 and runs through November 15, giving you the rare chance to experience the full arc of the growing season—from early phenology to the height of harvest and into cellar production. If you’re a quick learner, self‑starter, hard worker, and detail‑driven with a genuine passion for agriculture and wine, this is your moment. You’ll work directly alongside JUSTIN’s Grower Relations team, gaining invaluable real‑world experience in both the vineyard and the cellar. No two days are the same—one moment you’re in the vineyard scouting or gathering crop data, the next you're in the cellar supporting winemaking activities. You’ll also be provided with a company vehicle for travel to and from vineyard properties—a huge perk that ensures you’re fully equipped for fieldwork. Job duration: Internship role begins June 15th through November 15th. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, hourly-paid internship position. Ready to immerse yourself in the vineyards?
