The Impact You’ll Make As a Harvest Operations Supervisor, you will lead a production team and product line in a fast-paced, butcher manufacturing environment. Your leadership will directly influence safety, food quality, team engagement, and operational results. You will: Build a high-performing team that delivers results safely and consistently Drive accountability to KPIs, quality standards, and production targets Champion food safety and compliance with zero compromises Develop team members through coaching, cross-training, and clear expectations Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Your impact will be measured in team engagement, schedule attainment, audit results, cost performance, and the development of future leaders. What You’ll Do Lead and Develop Your Team Train new team members on SOPs and ensure qualification standards are met Facilitate daily engagement meetings and weekly qualification reviews Coach team members on expectations, performance, and KPIs Administer corrective action when needed with fairness and consistency Conduct annual performance evaluations Create and manage cross-training plans to build depth and flexibility Recognize and celebrate team achievements Partner with HR on hiring non-exempt team members Drive Production Excellence Oversee daily production checklists, stretching practices and weekly leadership meetings Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when performance varies from target Conduct product audits and support product improvement requests Investigate incidents, customer complaints, and food safety deviations Ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and Quality Control Programs Partner with Maintenance and Materials Management to meet production schedules Manage PTO scheduling and support workforce planning What Makes This Role Exciting?
