About The Position
Position at JBS USA Job Title: Harvest Maintenance Supervisor Location: Green Bay, WI Reporting to: Harvest Maintenance Superintendent Essential Job Functions : Schedule, plan, and oversee maintenance activities within the fabrication department Supervise and coach maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations Maintain systems and equipment by repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components Ensure maintenance operational standards are met by enforcing policies and procedures Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment Communicate effectively with operating departments to identify and resolve issues Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards EOE, including disability/vets.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with conveyor systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems; ability to learn SAP preferred
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
