About the Role: Planet’s Electrical Engineering team is looking for a Harness Engineer to support the end-to-end design and delivery of our satellite's critical wire harnesses. You will contribute to the entire process, from creating 3D routing models and 2D fabrication drawings, to supporting component selection to meet strict performance and environmental requirements for the vacuum and vibration of space. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you will work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure your designs are successfully built, integrated, and ready for launch. This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
