With projected sales of $3M+ in the next 12 months, we are expanding our installation team and looking for skilled flooring professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship. We are currently hiring three in-house installation crews and are seeking experienced Lead Installers specializing in carpet, hardwood, tile, and epoxy flooring. Our installers represent the front line of the business. The work you do leaves the lasting impression that drives our reputation and continued growth. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional flooring installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable with physical work including: crouching squatting standing walking lifting
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional and courteous when working in customers’ homes
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites during the week

Responsibilities
- Prepare and install flooring according to company standards and procedures
- Review project scope and job details before arriving on-site
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every installation
- Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment
- Properly operate and maintain company tools and machinery
- Perform measurements and basic calculations accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers in their homes
- Ensure every project meets company quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Leave the workspace clean and organized at the end of each job
