Requirements
- Associate (2-year) college degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hardware Support position or in a comparable hardware role.
- Demonstrate ability to debug, test systems and in a hands-on data base tracking
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
- Knowledge of networking and electronics.
- Proven experience supporting engineering teams with equipment setup, configuration, and FVT testing.
- Experience collaborating with teams and cross functional with Engineering groups.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming systems from manufacturing, including check-in, labeling, inventory tracking, distributing the units
- Check hardware units in and out to engineering teams while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records.
- Support system-level debugging activities in a hardware lab environment.
- Assist engineering teams with hardware setup, configuration, and testing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and functional testing of systems.
- Coordinate shipments, returns, and storage of hardware units with external logistics partners.
- Ensure all systems are ready and aligned with distribution schedule to engineering.
