Requirements

  • Associate (2-year) college degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hardware Support position or in a comparable hardware role.
  • Demonstrate ability to debug, test systems and in a hands-on data base tracking
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
  • Knowledge of networking and electronics.
  • Proven experience supporting engineering teams with equipment setup, configuration, and FVT testing.
  • Experience collaborating with teams and cross functional with Engineering groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize incoming systems from manufacturing, including check-in, labeling, inventory tracking, distributing the units
  • Check hardware units in and out to engineering teams while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records.
  • Support system-level debugging activities in a hardware lab environment.
  • Assist engineering teams with hardware setup, configuration, and testing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and functional testing of systems.
  • Coordinate shipments, returns, and storage of hardware units with external logistics partners.
  • Ensure all systems are ready and aligned with distribution schedule to engineering.
