About The Position
This position is for a Hardware Installer in a manufacturing setting. This individual installs pins, helicoils, dowel pins and inserts into parts per blueprint requirement prior to parts being sent to outside process, transferred into inventory, and/or shipped to end customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- One or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Installs hardware into parts as designated by customer drawings
- Documents completion of installation
- Keeps worksite in organized and clean state
- Attends mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
- Adheres to Copy Exact! and POR practices
