We are looking for an Engineering student to join our team of Summer 2026 Interns. Our internships are full-time, paid, and will run from May 19th through July 31st, 2026. This role will work collaboratively with our Engineering groups. The internship assignment is designed to provide the student with real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities in a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent. This is a Safety Sensitive Position. This internship does not include assistance with housing or transportation.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hardware design tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and circuit design.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and project goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and curiosity to seek out new challenges and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, prototype, and test hardware components for new and existing products.
  • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics of electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Assist in developing and executing validation and verification protocols for hardware designs.
  • Support the integration of hardware with embedded software and firmware, including basic debugging and testing.
  • Document design changes, test results, and process improvements in accordance with company standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions to contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
  • Analyze data from experiments and production runs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety-sensitive protocols.
