We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves? In this position... Ford Motor Company is seeking a skilled Root Cause Analysis Engineer to serve as our expert troubleshooter for our in-house electronic modules. These critical systems—including Gateway, Telematics, and Accessory Protocol Interface modules—form the backbone of our vehicles' electronic architecture, controlling everything from connectivity to safety features. As vehicles become increasingly sophisticated, identifying and resolving electronic issues quickly is essential to maintaining Ford's reputation for quality. In this pivotal role, you'll guide our Build To Print Suppliers through complex failure investigations, analyze data patterns, and implement permanent solutions. Your expertise will directly impact vehicle quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into future designs. By bridging the gap between current performance and future innovation, you'll help Ford deliver the exceptional quality our customers expect while shaping the electronic systems of tomorrow.
