The individual would be responsible for IT Deployment related activities, Task Management, Scheduling, Installation Services (remote and onsite) and Support. Must be able to work with Business Community and Vendor Partners to gather requirements and translate that to Implementation needs or activities. This is an individual contributing role directly reporting to the Sr. Manager of Hardware Deployment. Must be a team player with an ability to work with various groups within the IT department. The individual must have the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.

Requirements

  • College degree - Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA Certifications or Relevant Certifications or work experience
  • Microsoft certification or Relevant Certifications for alternate product sets Work Experience:
  • 3 years of working experience in support technical platforms in a customer/client-oriented service model.
  • 3 years of working experience working in a technical capacity within an environment supporting hospitality, fast-casual, quick service or big/small-box retail.
  • Knowledge of logical, physical technology modeling.
  • Should have good trouble shooting acumen and “can do” attitude.
  • Proven strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple medium to large scale projects simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
  • Work independently when required.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation deployment, execution, and fulfillment of IT Hardware technologies in both existing and new restaurant builds (NRO).
  • Partner closely with other internal IT teams, Vendors, Business partners (external/internal) to understand or determine requirements for implementation.
  • Participate in daily meetings with vendors, IT teams and business partners.
  • Support 3rd party vendor day-of installation through completion and manager signoff.
  • Provide escalated support to the Service Desk during rollout/release phase
  • Knowledgeable with designing and driving repeatable deployment models to execute at scale. Leverage vendor partners were applicable to mitigate cost and resource time.
  • Consistent communication with leadership to provide status and progress.
  • Familiarity with lead time management, logistics and procurement processes.
  • Serve as an IT resource across varying projects and internal discussions/meetings where technology deployment and implementation are a key factor.
  • Help develop and compile documentation for projects, processes and relative responsible areas.
  • Ownership of vendor support and quality assurance for 3rd party implementation vendors.
  • Knowledgeable with restaurant technology concepts to drive discussion with both business community as well as IT peers.
