About The Position

Nucor Towers & Structures Inc, a division of Nucor, the nation's largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Hardware Coordinatort at our business unit located in Hazleton, PA. Specific job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Build kits on pallets per work order for each structure ensuring quantity of parts is correct to the BOM.
Build crates of ship loose hardware per work order by job.
Label crates and pallets per job number.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Scanning of hardware bar codes for inventory movement.
Using D365 to search inventory and build kits.
Can do attitude.
Monthly cycle counting and inventory management.
Receive and count to verify accuracy of inbound material.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to read tape measure
• Lift packages, buckets & pallets up to 50/lbs
• Common knowledge of nuts, bolts and washers
• Ability to count
• Able to stand continuously
• Drive standup forklift and standard sit down forklift
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
