About The Position

Triad Pacific Construction in Portland, OR is hiring a full-time Handyman . We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled, reliable handyman who takes pride in hands-on work and helps keep job site operations organized and efficient. We're ready to expand and develop, and we hope you'll grow with us! AS OUR Handyman: You will work a Monday - Friday schedule. This role focuses on getting the work done-roughly 80% hands-on-with added responsibilities supporting the Project Manager with coordination, quality control, and keeping projects on schedule. You'll handle general repairs and small remodeling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and paint work, while assisting with the improvement of residential properties. Performing quality construction work in a variety of tasks Coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless Tracking and reporting daily job progress Purchasing building materials WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: 5+ years of experience in various construction trades Customer-facing experience Technology proficiency Ability to provide your own hand tools Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day A valid driver's license and a good driving record Reliable transportation YOU'LL BE WORKING IN: Portland, OR metro area Southwest WA ABOUT US: With over 25 years of industry experience, Triad Pacific is the trusted choice for construction projects in Portland and Southern California.
