About The Position

Renjoy is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman in the Buena Vista area to support our short-term rental properties. This role focuses on light repairs, preventative maintenance, and small fixes between guest stays—ensuring each home is safe, functional, and truly guest-ready.
This is part-time, flexible work, ideal for someone local who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong general handyman skills (light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
• Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and escalate issues appropriately
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Clear communication, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and guest-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Complete light maintenance and repairs between guest stays
• Diagnose issues and perform basic root-cause analysis to prevent recurring problems
• Handle tasks such as fixing locks, replacing fixtures, minor drywall repairs, light plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Perform routine property checks and clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations
• Coordinate with vendors when needed and follow up on repairs to ensure completion
• Work closely with our local lead, Elaine, and the Renjoy Operations team
• Ensure properties meet safety standards and guest expectations
