About The Position
Lula is looking for a 1099 handyman to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Atlanta Metro Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving. You will need reliable transportation. Value Proposition: We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH)!! You sent your own hourly rates We have a lot of work on a daily basis Experience in the following are a plus: Drywall Light plumbing Light electrical Painting Performing maintenance and light repairs Minor repairs/replacements on appliances Other miscellaneous maintenance work
