We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman who takes pride in quality work and can handle a variety of repair and renovation tasks. This is NOT a big construction crew environment — we need someone dependable who can work independently, solve problems, and help keep projects moving. If you enjoy doing good work and want steady projects without drama, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities

• General handyman work (repairs, replacements, installations)
• Drywall patching and minor finishing
• Painting and touch-ups
• Basic plumbing and electrical (non-licensed tasks)
• Flooring repairs/installations
• Trim and door adjustments
• Fixture installation
• Light demolition and prep work
• Punch list completion
• Materials pickup and job site organization
• Keeping projects clean, safe, and moving
