About The Position

Alpine Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Handyman to join their team. The role requires a skilled individual with a strong background in the construction trade, particularly in drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. The Handyman will be responsible for various tasks including hanging and finishing drywall, patching holes, mudding, taping, and matching textures for both large and small jobs. This includes painting walls and ceilings and matching textures. The work will involve both remodeling and new construction projects. The selected individual will collaborate closely with project managers, executing assignments according to their directions. Essential qualities include the ability to understand and follow instructions in English, adhere to schedules, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Experienced individual with the ability to do drywall, paint, and finish carpentry
High-quality work is essential
Strong knowledge and background in the construction trade
Must be able to patch holes, mud, tape, match texture, etc.
Must be able to paint walls and ceilings, and match textures
Must be able to understand instructions written or spoken in English
Must be able to follow a schedule and meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Must have a current driver's license
