Requirements

5+ years of experience in residential remodeling
Versatility: You're a "Swiss Army Knife" of trades, particularly skilled in rough and finish carpentry.
Communication: You're comfortable talking to clients and teammates with clarity and respect.
Ownership: You are organized, self-motivated, and take pride in doing things the right way the first time.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on work across multiple trades: framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
Collaborate with your Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
Communicate with clients and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Document progress using Buildertrend (we'll provide the training).
