- Boarding
- Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
- Minor Repairs
- Major Repairs
- Eviction Services
- Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
- Winterization
- Prepare Bids & Reports
- Inspections
- Rehab (GC work if you have a license)
- Additional items as assigned
