We are looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will complete a variety of custom residential projects with precision, quality, and efficiency. You will work independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and ensure every client experience meets the Andrew Roby standard. What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in custom residential construction
  • Skilled in framing, exterior and interior trim, rot repair, crown molding, cabinetry, flooring, stairs, and decks
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and career-driven
  • Actively involved in the community and aligned with Andrew Roby’s values of Family, Can-Do Attitude, and Integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Light plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile, and painting experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Complete all projects with the highest quality and efficiency, regardless of customer, size, or type of job
  • Communicate effectively and cooperate with all parties involved to ensure client satisfaction
  • Fulfill daily job responsibilities according to schedule, work orders, and time data
  • Enter project information (logs, photos, schedules, change orders, and time data) into the project management system as required
  • Inspect work areas daily for cleanliness and ensure jobsite rules and safety standards are followed
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, inside and out
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers and demonstrate leadership through professionalism and work ethic
