About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Hand Welder with proficiency in multiple welding processes, including Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux Core (FCAW). The Hand Welder will work on pipe welding, structural projects, and fabrication tasks, requiring strong blueprint reading skills, knowledge of welding symbols, and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality welds. Requirements
- Ability to pass a 6G Pipe MIG root / Stick fill & cap weld test.
- Proven hands-on experience in pipe welding, structural welding, and fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding using Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core processes.
- Execute high-quality pipe welds in accordance with specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all welds meet required standards and pass inspection.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Assist with related fabrication and structural welding tasks as needed.
