About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Hand Welder to join a high-performing welding team in Tulsa, OK . The Hand Welder will perform a variety of precision welds using Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) processes on both pipe and structural projects. This position is ideal for a motivated welder who takes pride in producing top-quality work and thrives in a production-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hand Welder in fabrication or pipe welding environments.
• Ability to pass a 6G pipe weld test (MIG root, Stick fill & cap).
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong attention to detail , craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.
• Must be dependable, safety-oriented, and able to work weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality pipe and structural welding using MIG, Stick, TIG, and Flux Core processes.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and project specifications accurately.
• Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, and aligning components before welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in top working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures .
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
