About The Position

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Hand Therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, a steady outpatient caseload, and the opportunity to work closely with board-certified orthopaedic hand surgeons. Our integrated therapy department offers a strong referral base, advanced equipment, and a supportive, collegial environment where excellence and patient outcomes are our top priorities.

Requirements

Active or eligible Arizona Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred, or candidates actively working toward CHT certification
Minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience required
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-education skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with hand and wrist injuries
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Fabricate custom splints and provide post-operative rehabilitation
Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and therapy colleagues for coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
