Requirements
- Licensed in Kentucky as an Occupational Therapist
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or anticipating certification within two years
Responsibilities
- Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
- Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
- Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
