We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. Requirements
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis for product categories within skincare and provide recommendations to drive growth
- Contribute strategic ideas for product innovation
- Review trend reports for skincare and highlight key opportunities for brand
- Support creation of launch-related documents such as product briefs, marketing bulletins, and product dossiers
